How to boil Kanmen
1.pour water into the pan and let it boil.
2.put dried noodles in the boiling water and stop fire.
3.close the cap of a pan and leave it in the time
according to notation for packages.
4.put it up to a colander and cook it
The Japanese noodles can be use it for warm soup noodles, cold soup and in the same way of pasta.
